จองบริการบน envyz.me อย่างไรHow do I book a service on envyz.me?

Once your payment is successful, the system immediately creates an appointment with the clinic. You can see your appointment details under “Appointments” in your account.

ชำระเงินได้ช่องทางไหนบ้างWhich payment methods can I use?
ชำระผ่านพร้อมเพย์ (สแกน QR) บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต และช่องทางอื่นที่แสดงในหน้าชำระเงิน ซึ่งให้บริการโดย PaySo หรือชำระด้วยกระเป๋าเงิน envyz ข้อมูลบัตรถูกเก็บโดยผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน ไม่ได้เก็บในระบบของ envyzYou can pay by PromptPay (scan a QR code), credit/debit card and the other methods shown on the payment page, all provided by PaySo, or pay with your envyz Wallet. Card details are stored by the payment service provider, not in envyz’s systems.

The wallet balance can only be used on envyz.me and cannot be transferred to others. Top-ups are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts shown on the top-up page.
ชำระเงินแล้วแต่จองไม่สำเร็จ ทำอย่างไรI paid but my booking failed. What should I do?

If you paid by another method, our team will contact you to arrange a refund. If you have not been contacted, let us know via LINE @apsth with your order reference number.

We recommend contacting the clinic you booked with directly as soon as possible, or letting the envyz team know so we can help coordinate.
จองบริการให้คนในครอบครัวได้ไหมCan I book a service for a family member?

รีวิวได้เมื่อคุณชำระเงินผ่าน envyz.me และเข้ารับบริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว บริการละ 1 รีวิว แก้ไขหรือลบภายหลังได้ เพื่อให้ทุกรีวิวมาจากผู้ใช้บริการจริงYou can write a review once you have paid through envyz.me and completed the service — one review per service, which you can edit or delete later. This ensures every review comes from a real customer.
